GENERAL VOUCHER CONDITIONS

The voucher is valid for 24 months from the redemption date specified on the voucher after full payment has been made. It can be redeemed once for a trip booked through Travelcircus GmbH, up to the value stated on the voucher. Value vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers. Refunds of vouchers after purchase are excluded. In case of loss of the voucher code or illegibility, the voucher becomes invalid. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. The voucher is freely transferable but excluded from resale. A cash payout of vouchers or voucher credit is not possible. If the voucher value exceeds the value of the booking, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher and can be redeemed for the entire Travelcircus travel portfolio within the validity period.

Travelcircus recommends redeeming the voucher early to ensure the widest range of redemption options. The redeemability of the voucher depends on the availability of hotel and ticket contingents as well as the booking conditions of the offered trips. Blackout dates, trade fair dates, and special events may be excluded. Additional services such as single occupancy, traveling with children, higher room categories, additional services like massages or meal options, extended ticket options, higher price categories, or additional nights may be available for an additional charge. Any additional costs, such as city tax or local fees, must be paid on-site.

After redeeming the voucher: Please keep the voucher and invoice even after booking for potential queries. The General Terms and Conditions of Travelcircus GmbH and the terms and conditions of the respective service providers, such as hotels or tour operators, apply. These can be found on www.travelcircus.co.uk in the respective booking section before the booking is finalized. After redeeming the voucher and booking, you will generally receive your travel documents up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after redeeming the voucher, the cancellation conditions of the respective service provider apply, which are also available in the terms and conditions or booking conditions in the booking section before finalizing the booking.
