GENERAL VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The voucher can be redeemed once after payment from 03.01.2024 in the travel period 04.02.2024 to 30.12.2024, subject to availability of this special offer. After this time period, the value of the voucher (£ 108 ) can be redeemed on a trip booking with Travelcircus GmbH until 30.12.2025. Travel vouchers cannot be used to purchase other travel vouchers or gift cards. The voucher is non-refundable after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or becomes illegible, the voucher becomes invalid. Only 1 voucher or gift card can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, gift cards or other discounts. The voucher is transferable but may not be resold. Vouchers or voucher credit cannot be redeemed for cash. The voucher is valid until 30.12.2025.

Travelcircus recommends that you redeem the voucher as soon as possible in order to have the greatest selection of the options to redeem the voucher. The travel dates for which the voucher can be redeemed for the base voucher value of £ 108 within the given time frame are based on the Warner Bros. Studios – The Making of Harry Potter™ opening hours and the availability reserved by the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH and are limited. Changes and deviations to the selection of available hotels is to be expected. This excludes blocked dates, convention dates and other special events. Other travel dates, such as those during the main holiday season, on the weekend and on public holidays may be booked for an extra charge. Due to the current situation relating to Covid-19, services/offers on site may differ from normal or be subject to limitations. Solo trips are possible. You can customise your trip with further hotel options, additional travellers, accompanying children, greater choice of timeslots and extended hotel stays for an extra fee. Insurance costs are payable immediately upon booking. Other additional charges, such as city tax, may be payable at your destination.

After redeeming your voucher: Please retain your travel voucher and your bill after booking in case of inquiries at a later date. The general terms and conditions of the agent Travelcircus GmbH and those of the tour operator, Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH for example, apply. These can be found at www.travelcircus.co.uk at the relevant stage of the booking process, before the booking is completed. Normally, you will receive your travel documents at least 7 days before your trip once you have redeemed your voucher/made your booking. Any cancellation after redemption of the voucher is subject to the cancellation terms of the tour operator, for example the tour operator Wager Kurzreisen GmbH. These terms can be found in the terms and conditions shown in the booking process, before the booking is finalised.
