General Voucher Terms and Conditions

After payment has been made in full, the voucher is valid for the redemption period specified on the voucher and is valid for one-time use on a booking with Travelcircus GmbH for the value stated on the voucher. The terms and conditions of each voucher apply, these can be found on the voucher product page before purchase. You will receive the voucher terms and conditions after purchasing the voucher on the second page of the voucher pdf. Vouchers cannot be used to buy other vouchers or gift cards. Vouchers are non-refundable after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or becomes illegible, the voucher becomes invalid. Only 1 voucher or gift card can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, gift cards or other discounts. The voucher is transferable but may not be resold. Vouchers or voucher credit cannot be redeemed for cash. If the value of the voucher exceeds that of the booking, the remaining credit stays on the voucher and can be used when booking any of the Travelcircus travel offers.

Travelcircus recommends that you redeem the voucher as soon as possible. After redeeming your voucher: Please retain your travel voucher and your bill after booking in case of inquiries at a later date. The general terms and conditions of the agent Travelcircus GmbH and those of the service provider, the given hotel or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH for example, apply. These can be found at www.travelcircus.co.uk at the relevant stage of the booking process, before the booking is completed. Normally, you will receive your travel documents at least 7 days before your trip once you have redeemed your voucher/made your booking. Any cancellation after redemption of the voucher is subject to the cancellation terms of the service provider, for example the tour operator Wager Kurzreisen GmbH or the given hotel.
