Terms and Conditions

The voucher is redeemable once after full payment from 03.01.2024 for the travel period from 02.02.2024 to 16.06.2024 subject to availability of this special promotion. Thereafter, the equivalent value of the voucher can be credited as a value voucher when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH until 30.12.2024. Travel vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of other vouchers.

The return of the voucher after purchase is excluded. In case of loss of the voucher code or illegibility, the voucher loses its validity. Only 1 voucher can be redeemed per booking. The voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. The voucher is freely transferable, but excluded from resale. Cash payment of vouchers or voucher credits is not possible. The voucher is valid until 30.12.2024.

Travelcircus recommends that you redeem the voucher early so that you have the widest possible choice of redemption options. The dates for the package price in the specified travel period are subject to availability of the contingents reserved by the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH and are limited. The hotels indicated are sample hotels. We reserve the right to make changes and deviations. Blocking dates, trade fair dates and special events are excluded. Other arrival dates as well as peak season times can only be booked at an extra charge. Due to the events in connection with the coronavirus (Covid-19), there may also be deviations or restrictions in the service/offer on site. Single occupancy is possible. Additional hotels, higher number of travellers, inclusion of children, extended ticket options as well as extended nights may be possible at an additional cost. Insurance premiums are due immediately upon booking. Possible additional costs, such as city tax, are to be paid locally.

After redeeming the voucher: Please keep the travel voucher and the invoice after your booking for any queries. The General Terms and Conditions of Travelcircus GmbH apply, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of the service provider, e.g. the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH. You can find these on www.travelcircus.co.uk in the respective booking section before completing the booking. After redeeming the voucher/after booking, you will receive your travel documents by e-mail up to 3 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation after redemption of the voucher, the cancellation conditions of the service provider, e.g. the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH, apply, which you can also view in the general terms and conditions or conditions in the booking section before completing the booking.
